Information on Shipping

The shipping of your Product(s) will be done in the most timely fashion possible. The reason our prices are so low and service so good is because we drop ship your hitch from the manufacturers' warehouse nearest you, depending on stock. Below is a list of the warehouse locations, and policies.
WILL-CALL
We can arrange for you to will-call (pick-up) your hitch at any of the listed warehouses. Please call us at 800-300-4067 to place your order and tell your salesperson that you would like to pick up the hitch at the warehouse, which warehouse and we will ARRANGE it for you. (Draw-Tite orders can only be will-called from Corona, CA.)
(subject to available stock at that warehouse)

Normal Shipment (included in the price of your hitch) is via UPS, or RPS ground. Other shipment methods are available for an additional charge. (Call for details.) These include:
UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select

USPS Priority mail shipping is now available for the following:
Military APO, FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, American Samoa, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Palau, Virgin Islands
and Puerto Rico.
The charges are in addition to the advertised web price, we must have the products shipped to our location and then label and carefully re-package each parcel. Some items are too large and therefore can not ship USPS.
