Will you ship internationally, or to Alaska, Hawaii, and APO / FPO Addresses?
	Yes Each situation is different. Typically the cost to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or an APO / FPO address is USUALLY about $20.00 to $80.00 depending on the location and the weight of the hitch. We typically ship these shipments UPS or USPS (a method agreed upon by the consumer and us). Will the ball mount come with my hitch?
	The specific hitch you buy will specify whether or not it comes with the ballmount. Many of them do, especially all of the odd size receivers, like the flat bar receivers. Most of the 2 inch receivers don't unless specified otherwise. BACK TO TOP

	Our physical location is in the San Fernando Valley in Southern California. But because of the nature of national trade, we don't ship just from here. We ship from over 36 warehouses located across America. What should I do if my vehicle is not listed in the data?
	If you have a new vehicle (new model year) then you should email info. We try to update the new model year vehicles as quickly as possible, but we are typically waiting for new manufacturers catalogs well into February of the next year. What is a Grey Market Car
	Grey market cars usually have a label inside of the driver side door jamb that states that the vehicle was imported to this country and then retrofitted with approved impact absorbing bumpers and smog equipment to comply with U.S. rules. BACK TO TOP
What if my hitch does not fit?
	You can return it at no charge to you! In fact, we will pick it back up from you. This is only if the hitch actually won't fit your vehicle. If you just don't like the way it fits, then your order may be subject to a 20% restocking charge. BACK TO TOP

Is placing an order on the internet really secure?

Explain Weight Distributing vs. Weight Carrying Hitches
	What Does Weight Distributing Mean? A Weight Distributing Hitch is a ballmount with a set of bars that attach to it, which plugs into your 2" square under vehicle receiver and redistributes the tongue weight (hitch weight) of your trailer. Many vehicles can't carry the full tongue weight of a given trailer, and need some of the tongue weight transferred through the frame and pushing down on the front wheels. This gives stability to the tow vehicle. Another reason to have a weight distributing ballmount is to comply with the V-5 rating on your receiver. Many 2" receivers have a limited use rating. The most common is that it will say on the rating sticker 5000 lbs. gross weight, 500 lbs. tongue weight {weight carrying}, and 10,000 lbs. gross weight, 1000 lbs. tongue weight,{weight distributing}. This means that without using a weight distributing ballmount, the receiver is only designed to carry 5000 lbs. Some Common Problems with Weight Distributing Hitches. I have a Big Dooley Truck and I want to tow more than 5000 lbs. My truck can handle the weight, but my receiver will not. Solution: Many companies now make receivers rated for more than 5000#, including the new class V 2-1/2" receivers. What Are Weight Carrying Hitches? A weight carrying or "dead weight" ballmount is one that is designed to carry the whole amount of tongue weight and gross weight directly on the ballmount and on the receiver. Can I pick up the hitch at the warehouse?
	YES; You must first order the hitch from hitch-web, and specify that you would like to will-call the hitch at the factory, then we will give you a purchase order number so that they will give you your hitch at the warehouse.
